It shows a strong structure and controlled acidity that lends it balance.

A long wine with lasting finish, varying in taste. Pairs well with Mediterranean dishes.

Serving Recommendation : Serve between 13o and 14oC.

Terroir : Climate influenced by the Atlantic, mitigated by the inland location of the sub- region of Monção-Melgaço. Granitic soils with high degree of sunlight exposure.


Storage : Store in a dark place without large variations in temperature, preferably between 12º and 14ºC.
